The email enquiry form sends the details you provide to [email protected] through the website’s hosting mail service. The hosting and email providers process the information to deliver the enquiry. Basic validation, a hidden spam field and a temporary hashed-address submission counter help limit abuse; this counter does not store the message or raw network address. The form does not create a customer record in a database on this website. If you choose WhatsApp, your details open in a prepared message for you to review and send; WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. You can also email or call us directly.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, discuss coverage and quotes, arrange an assessment and carry out an agreed service. Details may be shared with the person carrying out the repair where necessary to complete the booking. Do not submit another person’s details unless you are authorised to do so.
Website technology
This version does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process standard connection logs to deliver and protect the website. External email, call, WhatsApp and Aircool links open services outside this website. The form uses the hosting provider’s email delivery service and does not require a third-party form account.
