Running without cooling
Tell us whether the indoor fan and outdoor unit are both running, which mode is selected and whether a fault code appears. Poor cooling can involve airflow, controls, electrical components or the refrigeration circuit; a gas refill is not an automatic diagnosis.
Water leaking from the indoor unit
Describe where the water appears and whether it starts immediately or after the aircon has been running. Drainage, condensation and icing need to be distinguished. Stop operation if water is approaching electrical equipment.
Not starting, stopping or making a new noise
Include the exact display code and whether the unit responds to its controller. Repeated trips, a burning smell or severe vibration are reasons to stop use and request an assessment rather than repeatedly restarting the system.

An aircon repair should start with the behaviour of the complete system, rather than a guessed component. Let us know the room, appliance model, fault history and whether the installation is in a house, apartment or office.
