OVENS & STOVES · JOHANNESBURG REPAIR HELP
Oven not heating?
An oven with a working display or fan can still have a heating fault. The affected cooking function helps narrow the assessment.
Start with the symptoms.
Does the grill work? Is fan-assisted cooking affected while another mode heats? Is the oven completely unresponsive? These observations are more useful than assuming that every heating fault is the same element.
What to send with your enquiry.
Send the model, selected mode and whether the fan, light and display work. For built-in models, add an installation photo and describe access.
Add your suburb or estate, who can meet the technician and whether the appliance is fitted or freestanding. If a model label is hidden, describe the appliance rather than moving it yourself.
A safe boundary.
Let hot surfaces cool and stop using an appliance that smells burnt or trips the supply. Do not remove panels or test live components.
What the assessment should clarify.
An error code or symptom points the conversation in a useful direction, but it does not establish the faulty part. The assessment should explain what work is recommended and whether components are available for the actual model.
Confirm the assessment or call-out charge before booking. Discuss the repair quote, any parts order, further visit and applicable cover before approving work. Send an email enquiry or a WhatsApp message through this website; the team confirms appointments directly.
Repair or replace?
Compare the proposed work with the appliance’s overall condition and the cost of a suitable replacement. Include delivery and fitting in that comparison. For a relatively small fault, an assessment may reveal a practical repair; extensive damage or unavailable parts can change the decision.
