An unbalanced load, drainage fault, door-lock problem or drive fault can interrupt a cycle. Tell us whether water remains inside and at which stage the machine stops.
Water not draining or filling
A drain problem is different from a fill problem. Note whether the drum stays dry, fills slowly or holds water after the cycle, and include any displayed error code.
Leaking, shaking or unusual noise
Tell us whether the leak appears near the door, underneath or at a hose connection. A grinding noise, heavy vibration or movement across the floor is a reason to pause use and request an assessment.
Diagnosis before decisions.
